Do I have to pay sales tax?
The only customers that are required to pay sales tax are those that are
shipping to addresses in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Each customer's sales tax will be calculated at the Checkout page.
I have a question on my charges.
If you need to review your order you can click the link "My Account" in the top right hand corner. Under your account information click on "Orders" to expand orders and view the specific order in question. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
To review a copy of your invoice simply click on the "My Accounts" in the top right hand corner of the site. After clicking on the link you can view your past and present orders below your account information. To print an invoice click "Print Invoice".
When will my credit appear on my account?
You credit will appear on the account 7-10 business days from the time we have received your return(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Typically a "Hold" is placed on your card until the order is ready to ship. When the order is shipped your credit card will be charged for the full amount. If you have any questions regarding your order please call us toll free at 717-532-2131 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I redeem my Coupon Code or Promo Code?
If you have obtained a special Promo Code or Coupon Code you can enter you code at the One Page Checkout in the Coupon Code text field under the Payment Information. Make sure you are entering the code exactly the same as advertized and click the "Apply Code" button. If you code is valid your discount will be displayed below. If your code is incorrect your discount will not be displayed. Please double check your code as it is case sensitive also. If you believe your coupon code is correct, make sure you met all the criteria for the coupon code. Usually this will include a expiration date and/or a minimum order quantity. Also many coupon codes can only be used once per user as it checks your IP address and your cookies.
