Has my order shipped?
We offer two ways for you to track your package of Vintage Beistle goods. By clicking the "My Account" link in the top right corner of our site you can check your Account Profile and view Orders at the bottom of the page. Here you can view your order and tracking number if it has shipped. We also send email confirmation that your order has shipped. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Once orders have been placed they can not be changed. This is in part for security reasons and also orders are immediately sent to our warehouses so they can be shipped to you as soon as possible.
My order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment.
Click on the "My Account" link in the top right hand corner to view your order details. If your order has shipped you will have a tracking number. If your packages show a status of "Delivered", then please contact us at 717-532-2131
Can I place a backorder if you are out of a product?
Currently we do not offer back orders for any of our products that are out of stock. If you find a product that is out of stock and you would like to be notified by email when back in stock you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include the Item Number.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard for credit card payments. You can also pay with PayPal. With PayPal payments, you will be redirected to their site to login for purchase. When the transaction is complete you will be directed back to Vintage Beistle.com. Please note that we will not ship your order until we have received the complete payment.
